These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of services provided by Fiction Goon Films Pvt Ltd (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

We provide services including but not limited to:
Services are delivered as per signed proposal, invoice, subscription plan, or written agreement.
By engaging our services, you confirm:
Clients agree to:
Delays due to lack of approvals or incomplete information are not our responsibility.
All invoices are payable within the stated due date.
Due to the intellectual and strategic nature of our services:
Refund requests may only be considered before service commencement and within 48 hours of payment.
We provide strategic and digital support only. We do NOT guarantee election victory, vote share, government position, or political appointment.
The Client is solely responsible for Election Commission compliance, political advertising disclosures, legal filings, and accuracy of political claims. We are not liable for regulatory or legal violations arising from client-approved content.
We may use LinkedIn Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and YouTube. We are not responsible for account suspensions, ad disapprovals, algorithm changes, or platform policy updates. Ad performance depends on budget, audience, competition, and market factors.
All strategies, templates, frameworks, methodologies, and proprietary systems remain property of Fiction Goon Films Pvt Ltd.
Client logos, trademarks, and proprietary data remain Client property.
Final creatives transfer to Client only after full payment clearance.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of campaign strategy, political positioning, financial data, and marketing insights. This obligation survives termination.
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. For international clients, we may act as Data Processor, implement SSL encryption, and use sub-processors like LinkedIn, Meta, or Google.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed fees paid for the specific service. We are not responsible for political losses or reputational damage arising from client actions.
Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Fiction Goon Films Pvt Ltd from legal claims, regulatory penalties, defamation suits, or content-related disputes.
Client agrees not to hire or solicit Company employees or contractors during the contract period and for 24 months thereafter.
Either party may terminate with written notice as per agreement or immediately for breach of contract or non-payment. Upon termination, outstanding dues remain payable and campaigns may be paused immediately.
We are not liable for delays caused by government restrictions, election code changes, platform bans, natural disasters, or political unrest.
Nothing on our website constitutes:
Past results do not guarantee future outcomes.
We are not responsible for content or privacy practices of third-party websites.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction: Courts of Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved through mutual discussion. If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, in Noida, India.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
